Algaz Station

Algaz Station is a dwarven military outpost situated in northwestern Loch Modan, directly south of the fortified pass of Dun Algaz. Manning the approach to the northern tunnels, its garrison of Mountaineers helps safeguard travelers and watch the frontier leading toward the Wetlands.

Perched just east of North Gate Pass and south of Dun Algaz, Algaz Station serves as a vital strategic watchpoint for the kingdom of Ironforge. A cadre of dwarven Mountaineers maintains a permanent vigil here, keeping the vital road between Loch Modan and the northern lowlands open to trade and troop movements. Given the frequent threats in the surrounding hills, from wandering beasts to encroaching troggs, the outpost provides respite, repairs, and martial support for weary travelers before they venture through the mountain tunnels.
