Quest · Elwynn Forest · Level 99
Further Concerns
Further Concerns is an Alliance courier quest dispatched by Marshal Dughan in Goldshire to investigate rumors of an amphibious threat. The marshal sends you eastward across Elwynn Forest to consult Guard Thomas at the river crossing. It shifts your attention from central garrison duties to the worsening security crisis along the eastern frontier.
Quest text

Bring me his report.
