Note to the Mayor is an Alliance errand in Duskwood that links the eccentric hermit Abercrombie to the leadership of Darkshire. After aiding the reclusive old man, adventurers are asked to hand-deliver a personal message to Mayor Lord Ello Ebonlocke. However, the missive immediately stirs suspicion rather than warmth.
