Lord Ello Ebonlocke

Lord Ello Ebonlocke is the mayor of Darkshire and the leader of its governing council, stationed inside the Darkshire Town Hall. Surrounded by darkness and creeping horrors, he struggles daily to maintain order and protect his besieged citizens despite receiving little aid from Stormwind.

Seated in the gloom of the Darkshire Town Hall, Lord Ello Ebonlocke bears the heavy burden of governing a settlement on the brink of ruin. Once part of the prosperous rural haven known as Grand Hamlet, Darkshire is now smothered by perpetual shadow and besieged by ravenous ghouls, skeletal abominations, and feral beasts. Ello presides over the Council of Darkshire, striving against impossible odds to keep the remnants of civilization functioning while Stormwind turns a blind eye to their plight.
