Targorr the Dread

Targorr the Dread is an infamous Blackrock orc executioner imprisoned deep within the Stormwind Stockade. Known for his brutal tortures of captured Stormwind soldiers, his execution was indefinitely delayed by bureaucratic incompetence and corruption. When the Stockade erupted into revolt under the Defias Brotherhood, Targorr broke free and allied with the rioting convicts.

Before his capture, Targorr the Dread served as the supreme executioner for the Blackrock clan under Warlord Gath'Ilzogg. Operating out of the occupied ruins in Redridge, his cruelty stood out as exceptionally savage even by the violent standards of the Dark Horde. Stormwind guards and militiamen who fought to defend the borderlands were subjected to agonizing torment and slow death at his hands, making his name one of the most reviled in the kingdom.
