Head of Targorr
The Head of Targorr is the grim proof demanded by Guard Berton in Lakeshire to confirm the death of Targorr the Dread. Once the supreme executioner for the Blackrock warlord Gath'Ilzogg in the Redridge Mountains, the captured orc was sentenced to death in the Stormwind Stockade before suspicious political meddling halted his execution.
A Delayed Execution
Targorr the Dread gained infamy across Redridge as the brutal executioner serving under the Blackrock clan warlord Gath'Ilzogg. Responsible for torturing and slaughtering defenders of the Kingdom of Stormwind, Targorr was eventually captured and condemned to death within the Stormwind Stockade. However, bureaucratic intervention from Stormwind nobles mysteriously suspended the sentence, leading local guardsmen like Berton to suspect foul play and corruption in the capital.
Frontier Justice
Fearing that Targorr might be used as a political pawn or somehow orchestrate an escape, Guard Berton commissioned an outside champion to breach the volatile prison and finish what the courts delayed. Severing Targorr's head bypassed the paralyzed legal system entirely, delivering closure to the grieving families and besieged defenders of Lakeshire who suffered under the executioner's blades.
