Morgan the Collector
Morgan the Collector is a high-ranking Defias operative overseeing the Brotherhood's extortion and gathering activities across Elwynn Forest. Based in the overrun Brackwell Pumpkin Patch, he coordinates local thievery right under the nose of the Goldshire guard.
The Tithe of Elwynn
Morgan earned his epithet by skimming gold from the mines of Elwynn Forest on behalf of the Defias Brotherhood. While common bandits harass wayfarers along the roads, Morgan directs organized shakedowns and collects stolen coin and supplies to funnel deeper into the Brotherhood's network. He has made his headquarters inside the farmhouse at the Brackwell Pumpkin Patch, surrounded by loyal enforcers including Surena Caledon and Erlan Drudgemoor.
