Milton Sheaf

Tucked away in the quiet halls of the Royal Library in Stormwind Keep, Milton Sheaf tends to the collective memory of the kingdom. While the court upstairs bustles with politics, squabbling nobles, and military concerns, Sheaf focuses on the preservation of the written word. He considers maintaining accurate histories of the Alliance and the Eastern Kingdoms a sacred duty, especially in an era fraught with war, loss, and instability.

Preserving the library's collection requires constant effort. Books suffer wear and tear, and valuable records are often scattered across the realm in monastic archives, distant outposts, or forgotten ruins. Milton regularly dispatches adventurers across the land—from Northshire Abbey to the distant northern settlement of Southshore—to retrieve misplaced volumes, investigate ancient texts, and ensure rare manuscripts return safely to the keep's shelves.
