Royal Library

Tucked deep within the stone wing of Stormwind Keep, the Royal Library preserves the collective memory, chronicle scrolls, and treatises of the kingdom. Under the watchful eye of Head Librarian Milton Sheaf, its shelves hold crucial records of ancient wars, lost legends, and the realms beyond the sea.

While Stormwind Keep bristles with armored guards and courtly intrigue, its Royal Library offers an island of scholarly quiet. Overseen by Milton Sheaf, the hall serves as the premier archive of southern human history, preserving surviving texts from before the First War alongside recent military chronicles and recovered tomes. Alliance scholars, priests, and travelers are free to browse its open treatises, which cover everything from the formation of the original Alliance of Lordaeron to the recent emergence of Thrall's Horde in Kalimdor.
