Magistrate Henry Maleb
Magistrate Henry Maleb oversees civic administration in the port town of Southshore, the Alliance's primary coastal bastion in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Tasked with maintaining order amid constant threats, he focuses much of his authority on hunting down the Syndicate conspirators targeting the town's leadership.
Guardian of Southshore's Order
Operating from the town hall in Southshore, Magistrate Henry Maleb handles civil governance for one of the last true Alliance settlements in Lordaeron. The town sits under constant siege from the Forsaken to the north and West, while ruthless highwaymen prowl the foothills. Maleb stepped into his current station after the mysterious assassination of the prior magistrate, an act he attributes directly to the Syndicate. Determined not to suffer the same fate, he coordinates active investigations to root out hidden assassins, dismantle Syndicate supply networks, and unmask the rogue nobles pulling the strings from the ruins of Alterac.
