Kernobee

While conducting business or scavenging within the fallen gnome capital, Kernobee uncovered a grave secret: the Dark Iron dwarves were directly involved in the construction and operation of the massive super rig burrowing beneath the city. Realizing the immense value—and lethality—of this intelligence, he attempted to flee immediately to Ratchet to deliver word to his associate, Tinkerwiz. Unfortunately, the Dark Irons caught him before he could make his escape.

Rather than killing him outright, his captors battered Kernobee unconscious and tossed him into a small room along the dormitory corridor, opposite the Clean Zone. Left stranded among feral troggs and radiation fallout, the battered goblin depends entirely on passing adventurers to revive him and shield him until he can reach safety.
