Hansel Heavyhands

Even by the broad-shouldered standards of the Dark Iron clan, Hansel Heavyhands is an anomaly. Towering over his brethren with a massive frame that borders on orcish in width and height, his sheer physical presence suggests a warrior built for frontline slaughter. Yet despite his imposing build and formidable moniker, Hansel appears utterly uninterested in unnecessary physical exertion, preferring the relative security of the Thorium Brotherhood's camp high above the volcanic ash.

Taskmaster Scrange and Master Smith Burninate frequently assign Hansel the grim chore of culling the fiery beasts lurking in the slag pits below. When told to clear out the predatory Incendosaurs crawling through the Cauldron, Hansel begs off citing sore feet. When ordered to exterminate the Greater Lava Spiders infesting the searing wastes, he claims the blasted volcanic ridge is afflicted with a 'frigid climate' that has given him a miserable cold. Consequently, any mercenary willing to brave the magma flows finds Hansel ready with an open contract.
