Ur's Treatise on Shadow Magic
Ur's Treatise on Shadow Magic is a perilous arcane tome penned by the renowned wizard Ur of Dalaran. Originally safeguarded by the mages of Stormwind, the enchanted book was stolen by the renegade sorcerer Morganth and hidden away in the Tower of Ilgalar.
A Dangerous Legacy
Penned by the Dalaran scholar Ur, this treatise delves into the subtle and corruptive nature of shadow magic. Because delving into such arts invites doom and ruin for the unwary, the mages of the Wizard's Sanctum in Stormwind placed protective seals upon the volume to bar anyone from reading its contents. However, when the sorcerer Morganth surrendered to dark arts and was exiled from the city's magical circle, he made off with the tome, carrying it eastward into the Redridge Mountains to his stronghold at the Tower of Ilgalar.
