Serpentbloom

Serpentbloom grows exclusively within the damp, shadowy tunnels of the Wailing Caverns beneath the Barrens. Rooted in an ecosystem warped by unrestrained Emerald Dream energies, the plant thrives far from sunlight and often harbors venomous serpents nesting among its stems. Because the cave system is overrun with hostile beasts and corrupted druids, few who venture inside ever return with viable specimens.

Operating from the Pools of Vision beneath Thunder Bluff, Apothecary Zamah collects Serpentbloom on behalf of the Royal Apothecary Society of Undercity. The Forsaken continuously seek out virulent, strange, and chemically potent vegetation across Kalimdor to fuel their research for the Dark Lady. Zamah believes that harvesting Serpentbloom in significant quantities could yield valuable breakthroughs for Forsaken alchemy.
