Dal Bloodclaw's Skull
Dal Bloodclaw's Skull is taken from the chieftain of the Thistlefur furbolg in northern Ashenvale. Brought to Raene Wolfrunner in Astranaar, it serves as tangible proof that an imminent attack on the night elf settlement has been averted.
A Chieftain's Downfall
The Thistlefur furbolgs residing north of Astranaar have grown rapidly in number and aggression, corrupted alongside much of Ashenvale's ancient forests. Fearing that the growing tribe would soon amass the courage to march directly on Astranaar, the night elf sentinel Raene Wolfrunner ordered the culling of their ranks and the death of their leader, Dal Bloodclaw. Claiming Dal Bloodclaw's Skull serves not as a trophy of petty vengeance, but as grim and undeniable evidence that the tribe's leadership has been shattered, buying the defenders of Astranaar precious time.
