WoW Forever Gnomeregan Quests and Data Hoarders: Givers, Levels and Rewards
Warcraft Tavern lists Gnomeregan quests in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever) for the Alliance, the Horde and both sides, and SenseOS adds a new Alliance quest, Data Hoarders, that Warcraft Tavern's list does not show. Warcraft Tavern says that so far these are the same quests as in the Classic version of the instance, with only the rewards updated.
Quick answer: Alliance players start Save Techbot's Brain! in Ironforge and Gnogaine in Kharanos, Horde players start Rig Wars, Chief Engineer Scooty and Gnomer-gooooone!, and the new Data Hoarders quest comes from Jemma Quikswitch in Ironforge at level 10, according to SenseOS.
The newest Alliance quest on SenseOS, Data Hoarders, asks you to collect seven Gnomeregan Archival Data cards for Jemma Quikswitch in Ironforge.

The dungeon's story sits behind these givers. For the history of the gnomes and their king, see Gelbin Mekkatorque and Gnomeregan explained, and for the dungeon itself see the Gnomeregan guide.
What are the Horde and neutral Gnomeregan quests?
Warcraft Tavern lists three Horde quests: Rig Wars (level 25) from Nogg, Chief Engineer Scooty (level 25) from Sovik, and Gnomer-gooooone! (level 25) from Scooty in Booty Bay. Three quests are neutral: A Fine Mess (level 20) from Kernobee, Grime-Encrusted Ring (level 25), which starts from a drop from Dark Iron Agents, and The Sparklematic 5200! (level 25), which is repeatable.
What is the Data Hoarders quest?
Data Hoarders is the new entry. SenseOS lists it as an Alliance quest at level 10 from Jemma Quikswitch in Ironforge, with no chain and no rewards shown. You collect seven Gnomeregan Archival Data cards from around Gnomeregan. SenseOS takes it from beta client build 1.60.1.70532. Only one source I opened lists it.
Where do the sources disagree?
Several details differ. Data Rescue is level 25 on Warcraft Tavern and on Icy Veins (a Classic guide updated November 18, 2024), while Warcraft Wiki lists it at level 30 with a required level of 25, rewards of Repairman's Cape or Mechanic's Pipehammer, 3,650 XP and 500 Gnomeregan Exiles reputation. Gnomer-gooooone! is level 25 on Warcraft Tavern and level 20 on Icy Veins. The Grime-Encrusted Ring is level 25 on Warcraft Tavern and level 28 on Icy Veins. Warcraft Tavern's table marks Rig Wars as not shareable, while its text says it can be shared.
What is not confirmed yet
Warcraft Wiki's Data Rescue page does not mention Forever. Warcraft Tavern's page carries no date. Levels from Classic guides may not match the beta. XP and reward items for most quests are not listed on the pages I opened, and SenseOS shows no required level for Data Hoarders. Data Hoarders has one source. The Lore Forever add-on is a free download. If you want other dungeon quests that give strong XP, see the dungeon quests for XP guide.
