Westfall Lighthouse

Perched on a rocky isle off the southwestern shore of Westfall, the Westfall Lighthouse once warned vessels away from the perilous shallows of the Great Sea. Today, its living keepers are gone, wiped out in a brutal assault led by the notorious murloc Old Murk-Eye, leaving only the spirit of Captain Grayson to watch over the flame.

Built along the treacherous southwestern bluffs of Westfall, the lighthouse long provided safe passage for ships navigating the coastline near Stormwind. However, as law and order collapsed across the region and royal patrols dwindled, coastal dangers surged unchecked. A family of keepers originally tended the beacon, but aggressive murloc tribes drove them inland. Though they bravely returned to relight the tower, the infamous murloc raider Old Murk-Eye rallied his kin for a second, merciless onslaught, butchering the family and extinguishing the beacon.
