Carved into the sheer sandstone wall north of Freewind Post, the Weathered Nook is easily missed by travelers passing along the canyon basin below. A natural ramp winds up the cliff face, leading to a sheltered ledge and cave out of the prevailing winds. Rather than housing a military outpost or large settlement, the nook serves as a humble homestead for solitary wanderers like Dorn Plainstalker and Prate Cloudseer, offering safety, seclusion, and a sweeping view across the windswept needle plateaus.
