Tidus Stair
The story
Tidus Stair is a natural rock formation of broad, stepped stone terraces perched over the Merchant Coast southeast of Ratchet. Sheltered beside the Great Sea, it serves as a quiet retreat for two tauren shamans communing with the tides and water spirits.
Descending toward the surf southeast of Ratchet, the Tidus Stair resembles a monumental set of weathered stone steps cut directly into the coastal bluffs. While the surrounding Barrens are arid, dusty, and prone to skirmishes, this quiet stretch overlooking the Merchant Coast is dominated by the sound of crashing waves. Perched on the terraces is a modest hut where the tauren Islen Waterseer and Mahren Skyseer reside. Far from the bustling trade docks of the goblins, the two spend their days fishing, watching the horizon, and seeking insight from the coastal water spirits.
