The Rogues' Quarter is a dimly lit district in the southeastern wing of the Undercity. It serves as the staging ground for the Forsaken's scouts, assassins, and underworld operatives, along with the craftsmen who support them.

Tucked away in the southeastern quadrant of the subterranean city, the Rogues' Quarter gathers the Forsaken's most cunning and lethal survivors. In life, many were thieves, cutpurses, or silent blades for the Kingdom of Lordaeron; in death, their expertise in stealth, poisons, and misdirection has been repurposed to protect the fledgling nation from the Scourge and the Scarlet Crusade. The district hums with quiet activity, offering a covert haven where operatives sharpen their daggers, brew deadly toxins, and hone clandestine skills.
