Astor's Letter of Introduction
Astor's Letter of Introduction is a document carried by Astor Hadren, a courier traveling between Silverpine Forest and the Undercity. Taken by aspiring Deathstalkers, the letter serves as cover to infiltrate a suspected conspiracy involving the shopkeeper Andron Gant.
A Courier's Credentials
Astor Hadren served as a discreet courier moving between Silverpine Forest and the capital. His personal letter of introduction establishes the bearer's bona fides to illicit contacts in the city. When Deathstalker handler Mennet Carkad needed to investigate suspicious leaks within the Undercity, Astor's travels made him an immediate target. By eliminating or robbing Hadren of his papers, an operative can assume his identity and intercept covert communications meant for Astor's eyes alone.
