Grizzled Den

The Grizzled Den is a cavern nestled in the snowy hills just southwest of Kharanos. It serves as a notorious lair for the ferocious, frost-breathing wendigos indigenous to Dun Morogh.

Carved deep into the crags southwest of Kharanos, the Grizzled Den is notorious among local mountaineers as the nesting ground of Dun Morogh's wendigo packs. These aggressive, ape-like beasts wield frosty breath against intruders and band together to protect their hollows. Despite the peril, daring hunters regularly brave the cavern's depths to harvest thick wendigo manes, which fetch a respectable sum among craftsmen looking to line cold chairs and carriage seats with insulated fur.
