Farstrider Lodge
The story
Tucked away in the southeastern hills of Loch Modan, Farstrider Lodge is a tranquil hunting outpost built in high elven style. Though founded as an elven waystation, it now serves travelers, rangers, and trappers of all Alliance races looking to test their skills against the local wildlife.
Farstrider Lodge stands apart from the sturdy stone and timber works typical of Khaz Modan. Bearing the graceful curves and vaulted woodwork of high elven craftsmanship, the outpost is named after the Farstriders, the renowned rangers of Quel'Thalas. Long before the recent wars shattered the elven homeland, Farstriders ranged far south of their borders to explore and build ties with the wider world. While only a solitary high elf remains to tend the lodge today, its hunting heritage endures under the stewardship of local dwarves and human woodsmen.
