Dustfire Valley
Dustfire Valley is a dry, windswept gulch nestled along the northern edge of the Searing Gorge. It serves as the scorched threshold leading directly to the fortified gate of Stonewrought Pass, which bars the mountain route into Loch Modan.
The Northern Boundary
Tucked away in northern Searing Gorge, Dustfire Valley is defined by choking ash, brittle rock, and barren canyon walls. Its most notable feature is the imposing, locked dwarven gateway sealing Stonewrought Pass. Because of these locked iron doors, direct travel north into the Valley of Kings and Loch Modan remains entirely barred to ordinary wanderers, leaving the valley an isolated cul-de-sac amidst the sulfurous wastes.
