Dreadmurk Shore
Dreadmurk Shore encompasses the foggy coastline and scattered islands of Dustwallow Marsh running north toward the Barrens. Dominated by aggressive Mirefin murlocs and sea beasts, these treacherous waters have recently become the hiding ground for shipwrecked Defias Brotherhood outlaws.
A Treacherous Coast
Stretching along the northeastern edge of Dustwallow Marsh between Theramore Isle and Northwatch Hold, Dreadmurk Shore is a dismal expanse of muddy shoals, tide pools, and misty islands. The coast is overrun by the Mirefin tribe, a territorial clan of murlocs that aggressively attacks any travelers nearing their coastal villages. Sea turtles and aquatic predators prowl the shallows, making the shoreline dangerous to navigate even without factoring in the surrounding swamplands.
