Ariden's Camp
Ariden's Camp is an abandoned encampment nestled just north of the path threading through Deadwind Pass. Left decaying in the shadow of Karazhan, it stands as an eerie, quiet anomaly amidst the desolate canyon winds. Travelers between Duskwood and the Swamp of Sorrows often pass it with unease, wondering who once pitched a tent here.
A Silent Encampment
Tucked against the crags north of the gorge road connecting Duskwood to the Swamp of Sorrows, this dilapidated campsite looks like an ordinary transient stop long forsaken by living men. Yet in the oppressive gloom of Deadwind Pass, nothing remains unmarred by dark sorcery. Whoever named the camp Ariden's and whatever fortune its owner sought in Karazhan's orbit, the pass's lingering horrors swallowed it, leaving only weathered cloth, cold ashes, and an enduring mystery.
