Stop the Spread is a Silverpine Forest quest concerning the containment of the worgen curse linked to Archmage Arugal. While researchers seek a way to halt the affliction, preemptive measures are ordered against living human refugees at the Greymane Wall to prevent them from turning into Arugal's servants.

Hear this one in game: get Lore Forever.
If there is one thing we do know, it is that Arugal is responsible for worgen within Silverpine. Be it his own machinations or otherwise. What we don't know is how it spreads.
While I research a way to stop the curse, our first priority is to contain it. It appears this affliction cannot infect forsaken such as ourselves, but a large group of humans have gathered by the Greymane Wall.
Go to the wall and put down these refugees before they have a chance to become servants for Arugal.

It seems the Gilneans are not too keen on allowing anyone past their wall. That is fortunate, I suppose. It means there is likely no chance for the worgen curse to spread to their city.
