The New Plague
The New Plague is a research endeavor undertaken by Theodore Griffs within the Apothecarium of the Undercity. Investigating reports of a lethal arthropod in the ruins above whose venom consumes even undead flesh, Griffs seeks to analyze and reverse engineer the organism's deadly toxins.

Welcome to the most vital organ of the Undercity: The Apothecarium! Here we experiment on the most virulent of Azeroth's exotic specimens.
You've caught me in a good mood, so I will let you in on my latest investigation. It appears there is a particularly venomous arthropod stalking the ruins above our fair city. Its toxins are said to eat through even undead flesh. How exhilarating!
I wish to validate these claims. Should you find yourself withering away from its bite, I should love a sample.
