Sentinel Thenysil
Sentinel Tara Thenysil is a night elf sentinel stationed in Astranaar within the ancient forest of Ashenvale. Vigilant over the surrounding wilderness, she keeps close tabs on military operations in the region and coordinates scouts watching neighboring territories. Her attention is particularly focused on allied movements pushing south into the contested Stonetalon Mountains.
Watching the Borders
From her post in the fortified settlement of Astranaar, Sentinel Thenysil helps secure Ashenvale against growing hostility. Night elf holdings throughout the region face relentless encroachment, making communications between distant outposts vital. While much of the local garrison focuses directly on defending the forest road, Thenysil directs Alliance volunteers beyond Ashenvale's borders to ensure distant allies remain supported.
Ties to Stonetalon
Thenysil maintains a close personal and military friendship with Kaela Shadowspear, an operative deployed south into the crags of the Stonetalon Mountains. Learning that Kaela was dispatched alongside an eccentric gnome mage, Thenysil considered the unorthodox pairing an unmistakable sign of serious trouble brewing in the peaks. Wary of what dangers her comrade might face, she recruits capable adventurers to journey south, deliver support, and report on the unfolding mission.
