Amid the clanging metal and blistering heat of the Great Forge, Nissa Firestone practices medicine from the upper floor of the Ironforge Physician shop. While dwarven warriors are famed for their endurance, even stone-hard skin splits against blade and claw. Nissa ensures that those heading out into the snows of Dun Morogh or beyond know how to keep themselves and their allies alive with basic bandaging and field dressings.

For field medics who have mastered the basics of cloth and lint, Nissa recognizes when a student has outgrown her clinic. When practitioners reach the limits of what she can teach, she points them toward specialized triage officers in far-flung outposts, directing skilled healers to where the Alliance's casualties are heaviest.
