Mathrengyl Bearwalker

Mathrengyl Bearwalker is a master druid trainer and respected elder of the Cenarion Circle residing in Darnassus's Cenarion Enclave. Having once served as Archdruid Fandral Staghelm's direct assistant, he guides young Alliance druids through their spiritual trials, shapeshifting rites, and duties across Kalimdor.

Perched within the verdant reaches of the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus, Mathrengyl Bearwalker stands as one of the most venerable and balanced druids on Teldrassil. He serves as a primary guide for fledgling Alliance druids, overseeing their communion with Moonglade and testing their readiness to master primal animal forms. Having undergone the intense, bewildering communion with the Great Bear Spirit in his own youth, Mathrengyl understands the weight of these rites, personally charging initiates to prove their spirit against the sacred moonkin Lunaclaw before inducting them into the path of the Druid of the Claw.
