Lucius
Lucius is a dwarf operative found near the docks of Lakeshire in the Redridge Mountains. Operating as an undercover field contact for Stormwind's SI:7 intelligence service, he assists operatives with specialized reconnaissance and trade skills.
Eyes in the Mountains
While Lucius presents himself casually on the Lakeshire waterfront, he is in fact a clandestine operative tied directly to Stormwind's intelligence apparatus, SI:7. From his post on the docks, he monitors trade, unusual traffic, and regional threats encroaching on Redridge. Operatives dispatched eastward from Stormwind are directed to him to coordinate covert tasks and hone practical fieldwork arts such as lockpicking, ensuring the Crown maintains hidden reach far beyond Elwynn Forest.
