Jasper Fel
Jasper Fel is a discreet supplier operating out of the SI:7 headquarters in Stormwind's Old Town. Providing daggers and assorted vials to operatives, he keeps a sharp eye on visitors and warns them to watch their tongues. His quiet trade supports the covert arm of the kingdom behind closed doors.
Supplies for the Shadows
Tucked away inside the barracks of SI:7 within Old Town, Jasper Fel caters to a very specific clientele. Rather than hawking standard arms to the city guard, he provides essential implements of tradecraft: simple daggers and the delicate vials required for brewing and applying poisons. Fel operates under the strict discipline of Mathias Shaw's intelligence division, curtly advising any who approach to mind their speech. In a stronghold dedicated to espionage and subtle lethality, casual chatter is an easy way to meet an early end.
