First Mate Fitzsimmons

First Mate Fitzsimmons is a ragged, reeking sailor who spends his days drinking outside the Deepwater Tavern in Menethil Harbor. Once the first mate aboard the Wave Mistress of the Kul Tiras Third Fleet, he is the sole known living survivor of the fleet's destruction during the Second War. Haunted by the tragedy, he seeks willing adventurers to face the restless spirits of his drowned comrades.
