Doctor Gregory Victor

Doctor Gregory Victor is a Forsaken surgeon stationed at the Horde outpost of Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands. Renowned as the premier trauma physician within the Horde, he evaluates aspiring medics seeking to master advanced triage and battlefield first aid. His cold, clinical efficiency keeps frontline warriors stitched together amidst bitter regional conflicts.

Surgeon of Hammerfall

While many view Forsaken apothecaries with suspicion, Doctor Gregory Victor serves the Horde through practical battlefield surgery rather than blighted alchemy. Stationed deep within the contested Arathi Highlands at Hammerfall, he operates on soldiers battered by Syndicate brigands, Boulderfist ogres, and Alliance forces. His station doubles as the primary proving ground for Horde field medics, demanding ruthless efficiency and prioritizing critical patients under intense pressure.
