Horde Trauma is a summons directing accomplished Horde medics to report to Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands. Doctor Gregory Victor, the chief physician of the Horde's trauma division, is looking to recruit and evaluate skilled hands capable of saving lives under extreme pressure. Answering the call places a medic directly into the grim, high-stakes reality of front-line field surgery.
