Character

Anduin Wrynn

Anduin Llane Wrynn is the ten-year-old crowned King of Stormwind, reigning in the absence of his missing father, King Varian Wrynn. Due to his young age, the true administration of the kingdom rests in the hands of Highlord Bolvar Fordragon and the royal court.

A Boy on the Throne

Born in the peaceful interlude following the Second War, Prince Anduin was named in honor of both his grandfather King Llane and the legendary knight Sir Anduin Lothar. Following the mysterious disappearance of his father en route to a diplomatic summit in Theramore, the child was abruptly crowned to maintain stability throughout the kingdom. Though intelligent and empathetic beyond his years, the ten-year-old monarch has little actual say in state affairs, leaving rule of the realm divided between Highlord Bolvar Fordragon and royal councilor Lady Katrana Prestor.

A Pawn in the Court

Within the gilded walls of Stormwind Keep, young Anduin is surrounded by escalating political tension. While Highlord Bolvar manages military defenses and strives to maintain the integrity of the kingdom, the noblewoman Katrana Prestor constantly whispers counsel into the court's ear, actively undermining troop deployments to outlying human settlements. Anduin senses the precarious nature of his court and misses his father dearly, yet for now, he remains a figurehead surrounded by scheming nobles and watchful guardians.
