Uncloven Satyr Hoof
An Uncloven Satyr Hoof is a swollen, solid hoof harvested from the satyrs lurking in Ashenvale. Saturated with corrupt magical energy leeched from the ancient forest, these grim trophies serve as potent crafting components for Darkspear troll armorers.
Leeched Power
Satyrs haunt the corrupted groves of northeastern Ashenvale, feeding directly upon the ancient forest's magical purity. As they gorge themselves on this essence, the corruption distorts their demonic physiology, causing their hooves to swell and lose their natural cleft. These solid, uncloven hooves become dense reservoirs of absorbed energy, holding volatile power that can be harvested by skilled shamans and leatherworkers.
Crafting the Brutal Armor
Down on the coast of Durotar in Sen'jin Village, the troll armorer Ula'elek knows how to turn demonic corruption into strength for Horde champions. By taking the hooves of these sated satyrs, he leeches out the trapped woodland magic, channeling the stolen power into the forging of brutal gauntlets designed to protect young warriors facing the rigors of Kalimdor.
