Sapphire of Sky

Deep within the roots of Teldrassil, Druids of the Talon commune with the wilds while resting in hibernation within Ban'ethil Barrow Den. Awakening from such deep trance-states into the waking world is a fragile, perilous process. To safeguard the transition, the druids rely on four consecrated artifacts known as the Relics of Wakening: the Black Feather Quill, the Raven Claw Talisman, the Rune of Nesting, and the Sapphire of Sky. Without this resonant gem, the harmony required to call sleeping spirits back from the Emerald Dream remains incomplete, leaving them vulnerable to eternal entrapment.

When corrupted Gnarlpine furbolgs overran the barrow den, the sacred artifacts were left behind in their ornate repositories. The Sapphire of Sky resides secured inside the Chest of the Sky amidst the winding subterranean corridors. With the druids still slumbering as the furbolgs rampage around them, retrieving this jewel alongside its companion relics is an urgent matter for Athridas Bearmantle in Dolanaar before the sleepers are permanently lost.
