Perenolde Tiara

The Perenolde Tiara is an emerald-studded heirloom of Alterac's fallen royal house, originally fashioned by dwarven craftsmen of Ironforge. Lost amidst the destruction of the kingdom, it eventually fell into the greedy hands of an ogre wandering the ruins before drawing the interest of collectors in Stormwind.

A Relic of a Ruined Kingdom

Before the mountainous realm of Alterac collapsed in infamy and rubble during the Second War, its ruling house was the Perenolde family. Among their treasures was this delicate tiara, commissioned from master jewelers in Ironforge and set with brilliant emeralds. When Alterac fell to ruin following King Aiden Perenolde's treachery, the crown jewel vanished into the chaotic devastation of the high crags.

The Miser's Prize

Rather than being buried forever beneath the snow, the tiara was unearthed by Grel'borg the Miser, an ogre mage who rummages through the ruins of Alterac searching for abandoned wealth. News of the surviving relic reached Count Remington Ridgewell, a wealthy noble in Stormwind eager to acquire famous relics for his family museum, prompting a search to prise the tiara from the ogre's grasping hands.
