Heartswood

The Heartswood grows among the elven stones of the Ruins of Ordil'Aran in northwestern Ashenvale. According to legend, two lovers named Anathera and Latherion fell side by side during the catastrophic War of the Ancients thousands of years ago. On the very earth where they breathed their last, a peculiar tree took root, blossoming as an eternal testament to their devotion. Even millennia later, the wood cut from this tree hums with the memory of undying passion, making it an object of great curiosity for those who study emotional and spiritual bonds.
