Harvesting these pelts requires crossing open water to the Echo Isles, the lush archipelago south of Durotar that the Darkspear once called home before the witch doctor Zalazane drove them out. Alongside the dangers posed by Zalazane's thralls, stalkers among the thick foliage must contend with the patient, predatory nature of the tigers themselves. Experienced troll hunters like Vel'rin Fang speak of spending entire days motionless in the jungle brush just to secure a single clean kill.
