While the rest of Ironforge clangs with anvil strikes and radiates heat from the Great Forge, the Forlorn Cavern is cold, damp, and hushed. Wrapping along the northern edge of the mountain's underground lake, the winding pathways sit comfortably out of sight between the Mystic Ward and the Hall of Explorers. Its gloom makes it an ideal gathering place for those who prefer to keep their affairs discreet. Rogues and warlocks train here alongside vendors serving them, while weapon merchants and fishermen also work beside the lake.
