Your Lore Forever account

From Google: your account ID, email address and name (to create your account and reach you about your feedback and what you contribute). Then what you type into your profile here, the languages you translate and the edits you make on the translation dashboard, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. We don't email you otherwise, and we don't sell any of it.

For your profile, we keep what the journey record you paste says about your character: its name, realm, level, race and class, and the places, quests, people, foes, bosses, dungeons, deaths, level-ups, spells, mounts, professions, finds, reputation and books it lists. We don't keep the record itself, or anyone else's name. Those facts about your character (never your email or name) also go to the service that writes your story. Your profile stays private until you make it public. If you connect the companion app, it sends the same record after each /reload or logout, and we keep when it last did.

Delete my account (on this page once you're signed in) removes all of that at once, along with what's listed under your name on the site and the recordings you uploaded here. If you sent us a voice for review, the record of the narrator release you signed for it is kept as proof of the license; ask us if you want your pack taken down. If you lent us your voice, its recording goes, and the record of the terms you signed stays, without a link to your account. Feedback you sent is kept, without your email. Translations already added to a language stay in it, under CC BY-SA, without your name.

The whole story, including who else handles your data: privacy.
