Tyr's Hand Abbey
Tyr's Hand Abbey is a well-maintained sanctuary nestled within the fortified bastion of Tyr's Hand in the southeastern Eastern Plaguelands. Controlled by the zealots of the Scarlet Crusade, it serves as an auxiliary house of worship and study alongside the grand Scarlet Basilica.
Sanctuary of the Zealots
While the imposing Scarlet Basilica dominates the skyline of Tyr's Hand, the abbey provides a quieter, functional center of devotion and martial doctrine for the Scarlet Crusade. Its architecture closely mirrors traditional Holy Light foundations such as Northshire Abbey in Elwynn Forest, featuring a central Main Hall flanked by a Hall of Arms and a dedicated Library Wing. Despite the relentless horrors of the Plaguelands, the Crusade maintains the abbey with meticulous care, fiercely defending its cloisters from all outsiders.
