Terror Wing Path

Carved into the craggy, ash-covered foothills of the eastern Burning Steppes, Terror Wing Path earns its name from the aerial predators and wyrmkin that claim it. Broods of the black dragonflight prowl these defiles, fiercely guarding clutches and hunting anything foolish enough to wander into their shadow. Ash and soot blanket the stone trails, making any trek beneath the canyon walls a treacherous venture.

Black drakes patrol the length of the valley, and the rare magma giant Volchan is sometimes seen wandering through it. Only the most seasoned adventurers dare the journey, and seldom alone, yet it is the only way to reach the hidden cave of Slither Rock in the far northeastern corner of the Steppes.
