Slither Rock
Slither Rock is a secluded cave tucked into the far northeastern cliffs of the Burning Steppes, past the perilous Terror Wing Path. It serves as the solitary refuge of Cyrus Therepentous, a sharp-tongued black dragonspawn with his own hidden agenda.
A Secluded Cavern
Tucked away in the scorched crags beyond the Terror Wing Path, Slither Rock is easy to overlook amid the fiery wastes of the Burning Steppes. Far from the roaring forges and marching orc warbands of Blackrock Spire, this remote hollow houses the solitary black dragonspawn Cyrus Therepentous. While dragonspawn are typically fiercely loyal soldiers of the Black Dragonflight, Cyrus maintains a strange, cantankerous independence here, willing to converse with mortal travelers rather than slaughtering them on sight—though never without a steady stream of insults.
