Swamplight Manor
Swamplight Manor is an ironically named, ramshackle wooden shack nestled deep within Witch Hill in Dustwallow Marsh. It serves as the eccentric home and kitchen of 'Swamp Eye' Jarl, an isolated recluse known across the mire for his strange culinary appetites. Despite its humble, eerie isolation, the surrounding garden conceals intrigue that catches the attention of both Theramore and Brackenwall Village.
A Hermit's Respite in the Mire
Despite what its grandiose title suggests, Swamplight Manor is far from a lordly estate. It is merely a crooked, weather-beaten shack tucked into the haunted wetlands of Witch Hill. Its lone resident, the odd recluse known as 'Swamp Eye' Jarl, lives a solitary existence surrounded by fog, muck, and restless marsh ghosts. Jarl spends his days concocting unusual regional delicacies out of local wildlife, frequently recruiting wandering adventurers to hunt down bizarre ingredients like marsh frog legs and creature eyes to satisfy his strange craft.
