Splithoof Hold

Splithoof Hold is a deep cavern stronghold carved into the stone of Splithoof Crag in Thousand Needles. Held by the Galak centaur tribe, the cavern serves as a fortified den and houses the Ancient Brazier, a site holding an eternally burning sacred flame.

Tucked away inside Splithoof Crag, Splithoof Hold serves as a fortified redoubt for the Galak centaur. Unlike the windswept canyon floor, this enclosed cave offers them shelter, defensible chokepoints, and a secure sanctuary from rival tribes and travelers passing through the Needles.
