Shadow Grave

Shadow Grave is a stone crypt perched atop the sloping burial grounds above Deathknell in Tirisfal Glades. It serves as the physical awakening point where newly liberated Forsaken shake off the stupor of death and the Lich King's faded control.

Tucked into the rocky foothills behind Deathknell Graves, the Shadow Grave is a simple stone mausoleum with an extraordinary purpose. Inside its damp vaults, corpses raised into the mindless servitude of the Scourge gradually awaken to free will. Under the watchful eye of caretakers like Undertaker Mordo, these freshly liberated undead stand up from their stone slabs and take their first shuddering steps into a world that despises them, setting out down the footpath toward Deathknell to pledge themselves to the Banshee Queen.
